Why No Refunds?

Due to the nature of our eveningwear and hygiene reasons, we are unable to resell returned items. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing and product details before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:
